Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Time: We ship from our US warehouses. Delivery to Canada usually takes 6-13 business days via local carriers (USPS/UPS).

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the cooling mat must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the product arrives damaged or is the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Change of Mind: For non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
